Inspect Node and Pod placement in an interactive 3D view, then follow the connections recorded in your traces.

  • Cluster X-Ray. In Infrastructure, switch from Inventory to Cluster X-Ray. Orbit, zoom, separate the layers, adjust transparency and select a Pod to inspect CPU, memory and placement. Namespace, node and Pod filters and the selected identity live in the URL.
  • Observed requests. Client spans carry request counts, errors and p95 latency. A matched Server span identifies the destination Pod; a recorded address without a matched Pod appears as an unresolved peer. A globe does not imply public Internet location, and particle speed is illustrative.
  • A bounded, optional scene. The renderer loads when you open X-Ray. The scene shows up to 9 nodes, 12 Pods per node and 100 connections, with explicit counts. Narrow filters to inspect the rest. Reduced motion pauses particles; the inventory remains available without WebGL.
  • Clear limits. The infrastructure layer is a logical illustration. This view does not report physical chassis identity, Pod readiness or resource limits. Missing trace identities remain missing connections.
